Growing up in the small Southern Ontario town of Burford, I spent my childhood in the tobacco fields. I was raised to work hard and learn the value of a dollar. While I left Burford for a short time, the town drew me back—I knew I needed to come home. I tried my hand at various jobs but was never 100 percent happy. When I had spare time, I would go tour open houses on a Sunday because I was SO curious. That’s when it clicked. My career happiness was being my own boss and helping people reach their real estate goals. I truly believe you should love what you do and where you live!
20 Years Experience
As a single mother to now licensed Sarah Simkin®, I still worked full-time, all while earning my real estate license quickly and efficiently so that I could live my dreams of being a realtor. Once I married my husband Mark, we started our journey of investing in real estate. We are passionate about Investing in our local community. I try to keep everything as close to home as possible, so that our community can continue to grow.
Now, with 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, I am working alongside my daughter Sarah. With the balance of my experience and knowledge in the field, and Sarah’s up-to-date marketing and technology skills, we are able to provide even more top-notch service to our clients.
